Welded Wire Mesh Roll is welded by high-quality low-carbon steel wire Q195, then electro galvanizing, hot-dipped galvanizing, PVC plastic coating after, there is pre-galvanized material also which zinc coating is lighter than galvanized after weding materials. Maerials’advantage: surface passivation, plasticizing processing. It has flat surface, uniform mesh, firm solder joints, good local machining performance, stability, good weather resistance, double corrosion resistance and other properties.

PRODUCT FEATURES

1) Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh (GRADE IV V VI) plays a certain role in building thermal insulation and anti cracking engineering. There are two kinds of external wall plastering mesh: hot-dip galvanized welded wire mesh GRADE IV AND GRADE V (long service life, strong anti-corrosion performance); GRADE VI -redrawing welded wire mesh (economic benefits, flat mesh surface, white and shiny). According to the requirements of the region and construction unit, the reasonable material selection is carried out. The specifications of plastering welded wire mesh are: 12.7 × 12.7mm, 19.05x19.05mm, 25.4x25.4mm.

2) Hot Dip Galvanized welded wire mesh roll (GRADE III and GRADE IV) is used as animal breeding cage, the wire diameter is about 1.6-3mm, the mesh surface is smooth, and animals will not be scratched. PVC Coated Welded Wire Mesh is mainly used for garden fence, poultry breeding, supermarket shelf and decoration.
