Manufacturing Process
- Raw Material: Galvanized Steel or Stainless Steel Plate + Galvanized Steel or Stainless Steel Wire
- Machine Punching: Forming the galvanized sheet or stainless steel sheet into blade shape
- Machine Forming: Combining the coil wire and the blade plate
- Clip Installation: Using clip gun to install C-ring clip for firmness
- PVC Coating: Available in RAL 6005 Green or any other RAL Color System colors
- Packaging: Waterproof paper + woven bag, corrugated carton, or pallet. Custom options available
