Galfan Steel Wire (Zinc-5% Aluminum Alloy)
Superior corrosion resistance (3× traditional galvanization), diameter: 2.0mm-4.0mm, tensile strength: ≥380Mpa.
PVC Coated Galvanized Steel Wire
Premium low-carbon steel with PVC/PE protective coating for enhanced durability in harsh environments. Available in various colors to blend with surroundings.
PVC Coated Galfan Steel Wire
Combines the corrosion resistance of galfan alloy with additional PVC/PE protection, ideal for highly polluted environments with color options available.

Packaging & Shipping
Gabion wire mesh is bundled for efficient shipping. Panels are woven, folded into compact bundles, secured with binding belts, and containerized to maximize space utilization. On-site assembly involves unfolding, binding wire connection, and stone filling to create complete gabion structures.
Installation Guidelines
- Fill with 100-250mm diameter rocks (5% size variation permitted)
- Maximum rock size: 300mm; Minimum: 100mm
- Use hard, angular-to-round, durable stones resistant to water/weathering
- Handle carefully to preserve polymer coating
- Visible faces should be hand-placed for aesthetic appearance
