1) Heavy Galvanized steel wire: Low-carbon steel wire (2.0mm-4.0mm) with ≥380Mpa tensile strength. Hot-dip galvanized coating up to 300g/m².

2) Zinc-5% aluminum-mixed alloy steel wire (Galfan): Offers 3x the corrosion resistance of traditional galvanization with same tensile strength.

3) Galvanized steel wire with plastic coating: PVC or PE coating enhances protection in high-pollution environments with color options.

4) Zinc-5% aluminum alloy with PVC coating: Combines galfan alloy benefits with additional PVC protection.

Packaging & Installation

Gabions are packaged in compact bundles for efficient shipping. The folded design maximizes container space utilization. Installation involves unfolding, assembling with binding wire, and filling with stones (100-250mm recommended). We include 2% lacing wire with each shipment.
