Material Options

Galvanized Steel Wire: High-quality low-carbon steel wire (2.0mm-4.0mm diameter) with ≥380Mpa tensile strength. Hot-dip galvanized coating (up to 300g/m²) for corrosion resistance.

Galfan Alloy Wire (Zn-5%Al): Superior corrosion resistance (3× traditional galvanization) with same mechanical properties as galvanized wire.

PVC/PE Coated Wire: Additional polymer protection for harsh environments, available in various colors to blend with surroundings.

Manufacturing Process

Our gabions feature single-mold construction with integrated side, end, and bottom panels. Internal compartments are created with 1m-spaced diaphragms. Assembly utilizes heavy-gauge spiral binding wire for structural integrity.

Packaging & Installation

Gabions are folded and bundled for efficient shipping. On-site assembly involves unfolding, wiring together, and filling with stones (100-250mm recommended). Proper stone placement preserves coating integrity while ensuring structural stability.
