Product Description
Black annealed steel wire is made of Q195 low carbon steel wire. The main process includes drawing, fast washing, annealing, winding, packaging and so on. Mainly used for construction, hand-made, woven wire mesh, fast channel fence mesh, product packaging and other daily uses.
There are two kinds of drafting machines: powder drawing and waterwheel drawing. Powder painting is suitable for primary painting (6.5mm~4.0mm). A powder suction machine is equipped with 4 storage tanks and 4 molds. A tank is fitted with a mould. Each of them is powered by an electric motor. 0.9mm (Max) can "eat" when the wire passes through the mold. There was no weight loss during the stretch.
Annealing is used to reduce the tensile strength of steel wire. The stove was strong and made of red brick. The structure of annealing furnace is rectangular. Different thicknesses of wires require different temperatures. Range from 700℃ to 900℃. Annealing furnace output, tensile strength is 400N~500N.
By packing rolls to 1-800kg per roll, perfect for packing into woven bags, cartons or as required by customers.
