Production Procedure
- Raw Material Preparation: Galvanized Steel or Stainless Steel Plate + Galvanized Steel or Stainless Steel Wire
- Machine Punching: Steel sheet is punched into sharp barbs
- Machine Forming: Core wire and razor plate assembly
- Clip Installation: C-ring clip installation using clip gun (90-120psi air pressure)
- PVC Coating: Available in RAL 6005 Green or other RAL Color System colors
- Packaging: Waterproof paper + woven bag, corrugated carton, or pallet options
Packaging System
Special packaging methods are required due to the sharp blades:
- Coil Packaging: Waterproof paper and woven bag packaging, optionally compressed with steel belts
- Small Corrugated Box: For retail/supermarket distribution
- Corrugated Carton: Custom cartons holding 3-5 coils with cardboard separation
- Pallet Packaging: Compressed wire with plastic film, packing belt and pallet
